The “Barry Barry” game is meant to be fun, but safety and respect for the park are important. Please remember:
Respect the staff: The wardens are there to keep everyone safe. Don’t cause trouble or make their job harder.
Stay within the rules: Do not hop fences or sneak back into the park after closing.
Once you’ve been found, leave the park: This keeps the game safe and fair for everyone.
Respect the tradition: Many people don’t like changes to the game. Technology, like video calls or torches, is not part of the game, so please keep the tradition as it has always been.
Respect the park: Do not hide in the hedges, as the gardeners work hard to keep them looking great. Hiding in play frames and other safe areas is fine.
After the game is closed: Please go to the Games Room, Sportsfield, or return to your pitch.
By following these simple rules, everyone can enjoy the tradition safely and help keep Polmanter looking and feeling wonderful for all fans of Barry Barry.
